Direction for Use : For Manicure & Pedicure : Add half to one cap full of bath salt in a bowl of water and dip your feet or hands in it.

For a complete bath : Add just 2 capsful of bath salt in your warm bath for a well balanced nutrition & Moisture for the skin. Dip a towel in a tub of bath salts & hot water & Place over aching muscles.

Directions for use: For Bath use - Take a handful or scoop a spoon and dissolve it in a bucket or tub. Stir and soak in the tub for 20minutes and rinse off with warm water.

for foot soak - Take a tub or bucket of warm water and put the soak in it. Soak your hands / feet in it for 15-20 minutes. Remove feet & wipe them thoroughly.
