- Currently, We ship only to India.
- Cash on delivery is available on select Indian pin-codes.
- For domestic – 2 to 10 business days.
- Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
- Shipping estimates might increase for your order during Public Holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing /delivery during peak season or before major festivals
- Once the package has been shipped and dispatched from the warehouse, any customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays are not held accountable by us.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Kodai Herbal takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
- Extra charges like Import tax, duties and related Customs fees if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. Please contact your local Customs office directly for further details.
